Except for the limited right to use the Application expressly granted under this Agreement, all intellectual property rights and other lawful rights related to AirPlayer belong to their respective rights holders.
Without the prior written permission of the rights holder, no individual or organization may use, copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit such intellectual property without authorization.
To support certain features of the Application, AirPlayer may use services, technologies, or platforms provided by third parties.
Related third-party services, such as Gmail sign-in services and the YouTube API, may have their own user agreements, terms of service, or other rules. When you use these third-party services, you must also comply with their applicable terms and policies.
Certain features of AirPlayer may require an internet connection to function properly.
You may connect to the internet through Wi-Fi, mobile data, or other available network connections.
If your device cannot connect to the internet, the network quality is poor, your mobile data allowance is insufficient, or your access is restricted by a network carrier, certain features may not function properly. We are not responsible for any resulting service interruptions or limitations caused by your network environment.
When using a mobile network to access the Application, your mobile carrier may charge data fees in accordance with the communications service agreement you have with the carrier.
If you use mobile data while abroad or in another roaming area, additional international roaming charges may apply. Such charges are imposed by your mobile carrier according to its applicable rates and are your responsibility.
If the communication fees for your device are paid by another individual or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the appropriate authorization before using the Application.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the normal operation of AirPlayer and, to the extent reasonably possible, ensure that the information and features provided by the Application remain valid.

• The Application will always operate without interruption;
• All features will always be available on all devices;
• All information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date;
• The Application will never experience technical failures or temporary unavailability; or
• The Application will always be fully compatible with the operating system version on your device.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for issues arising from external networks, third-party services, device environments, or other factors that we cannot reasonably control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirPlayer provides services based on existing technology and actual available conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of the Application, but we do not provide an absolute guarantee against service interruptions, data transmission failures, device compatibility issues, or other technical problems caused by factors beyond our control.

Any provisions that, by their nature, are intended to remain effective after termination of the Agreement will continue to remain in effect after termination.
As AirPlayer's services develop, we may adjust or update this User Agreement from time to time.
When the terms of the Agreement change, we will notify you by posting the updated version on the relevant page or through other reasonable means.
The updated Agreement will take effect upon publication or on the effective date specified therein.

The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, as well as disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be subject to applicable laws and regulations.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue to remain in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the basic user agreement between you and AirPlayer regarding your use of the Application.
If a particular matter is not expressly addressed in this Agreement, it should not be interpreted as a waiver of any applicable rights or obligations.
